I have spent the past 12 years in healthcare, and my journey began right here at Harmony Park Ridge as a social worker. Since then, I’ve served as a Social Services Director, Assistant Administrator, and Executive Director at Glenview Terrace before coming full circle to return as Administrator.
I lead with kindness, transparency, and authenticity, and I believe in being hands-on and approachable—whether that means guiding important conversations or stepping in to support my team on the floor. Many of our caregivers have been here 10, 20, even 40 years, and my priority is to honor
that dedication by fostering a culture where staff feel valued and residents feel cared for.
What excites me most is sustaining that continuity of care while also growing our community. For me, success means keeping both staff and residents happy, connected, and proud to call Harmony Park Ridge home.
Director of Nursing
I’ve been in healthcare since 2008, beginning my nursing career in the Philippines before moving to the U.S. in 2014. I started as a floor nurse and steadily advanced, becoming a Director of Nursing in 2018. I’ve worked primarily in ventilator and trach care units and hold a RAC certification in= MDS, supporting my focus on clinical excellence and resident outcomes.
I lead my team through collaboration, mentorship, and example—not authority. I believe in working alongside my staff, teaching when needed, and creating an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to grow.
Since joining Harmony Park Ridge in May 2025, I’ve felt welcomed by a team that shares my commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. It’s a community built on respect, teamwork, and heart—and I’m proud to be part of it.
Assistant Director of Nursing
As the Assistant Director of Nursing at Harmony Park Ridge, I lead my team with empathy and respect. I treat my team like family, whether I’m guiding a staff member through a task or offering support, I always approach them the way I would a brother or sister. I think that’s why they feel comfortable coming to me—not just to ask questions, but to grow and
learn. That kind of trust is important in nursing.
The most meaningful part of this work is knowing I’ve made a difference. When a patient or their family tells me I’ve been kind, helpful, or simply present for them—that’s what fills my heart. Especially in those quiet, sacred moments at the end of someone’s life, being there as a source of comfort is something I’ll always value.
I’ve been at Harmony Park Ridge for about a year and a half now, and what truly makes this place special is the people. We respect one another, support each other, and work as a team with one shared goal: giving our patients the best care possible. That’s why I’m here, and that’s why I stay.
